Foundation repair financing,
made simple.
A settling foundation should not have to wait on savings. Level Up offers financing through Foundation Finance Company, so you can stabilize the home now, keep the transferable warranty, and pay over time on a plan that fits.
From free inspection to funded repair
Four steps, and only one of them happens on a lender's website. The rest is the same thorough process every Level Up customer gets.
-
Get your free inspection
We take elevation readings across the slab or crawl space, find the real cause of the movement, and write up a line-item estimate. That number is what you finance, so the inspection comes first.
-
Apply online in minutes
The application lives on Foundation Finance Company's secure portal, not on our site. You enter your details directly with the lender, and we never see your Social Security number or full credit file.
-
Review your decision
Foundation Finance Company reviews the application and sends you the decision and the plan terms. Read the payment schedule and any promotional period carefully before you sign anything.
-
Schedule the repair
Once the loan documents are signed, we put your job on the calendar. The crew stabilizes the foundation, walks you through the finished work, and hands over the transferable warranty.
Three reasons homeowners choose to act now
-
Movement does not wait
Houston clay keeps swelling and shrinking whether or not the repair is funded. A corner that needs four piers this year can need eight after another wet-dry cycle, and the drywall, plumbing, and brick damage stacks up in the meantime. Financing lets you stabilize the home at the smaller scope.
Slab foundation repair -
Keep your reserves intact
Most homeowners did not plan for a foundation bill. Spreading the cost over a fixed monthly payment means you are not draining an emergency fund or putting the whole job on a high-interest card to get the work started.
House leveling -
The warranty protects the investment
Every Level Up repair carries a transferable warranty no matter how you pay for it. The warranty follows the house, so a financed repair still adds documented, guaranteed value when you sell or refinance.
Pier and beam repair
What you will need on hand
The application takes a few minutes when you have these ready. Everything is entered on the lender's encrypted form, never emailed to us.
- Your written Level Up estimate, so you request the right amount
- Legal name, date of birth, and Social Security number
- Current home address and how long you have lived there
- Employment and household income details
- A phone number and email the lender can reach you at

FAQ
Still unsure? Get in touch and we will walk you through the options before you apply.
Who provides the financing for my foundation repair?
Financing is offered through Foundation Finance Company, a third-party lender that works with home improvement contractors across the country. Level Up Foundation Repair is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. We give you the written estimate and the application link, and Foundation Finance Company handles the application, the approval, and your monthly payments. Approval and terms are entirely the lender's decision.
Do I need an inspection before I apply?
You can apply at any time, but we recommend the free inspection first. Elevation readings tell us how many piers the home needs, and the pier count is what sets the price, so the inspection gives you the exact amount to request. Applying for the right number up front avoids a second application later. The inspection is free, and there is no obligation to move forward.
Can I finance the whole repair or only part of it?
That depends on the amount the lender approves and how you want to structure it. Some homeowners finance the full written estimate, and others finance a portion and pay the balance by check or card. Tell us how you want to split it and we write the contract to match. The financed amount should never exceed the estimate, so have that document in front of you when you apply.
Does financing change my warranty?
No. Every Level Up repair is backed by the same transferable warranty whether you pay by cash, check, card, or a financing plan. The warranty is tied to the repair and the property, not to the loan. If you sell the house while you are still making payments, the warranty transfers to the buyer and your loan stays with you and the lender.
What if I am selling the home soon?
A financed repair lets you stabilize the foundation before the house is listed, which protects the appraisal and keeps the buyer's inspector from flagging the same problem. Many sellers plan to pay the balance off at closing. Before you sign, ask Foundation Finance Company how early payoff is handled under your plan so there are no surprises at the title company. We also offer a pay-at-closing arrangement on qualifying jobs, so ask us which option fits your timeline.
Financing is provided by Foundation Finance Company, an independent third-party lender, and is subject to credit approval. Level Up Foundation Repair is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. Terms, rates, and promotional periods are set by the lender and vary by applicant. Not all applicants will qualify. Repair scope and pricing are confirmed in writing after the free inspection.
